CSS and Javascript Popup Using DOM Layers

This script produces an advertisement box in a layer that scrolls down from the top of the page. It circumvents the popup blocker software that everyone is using now days!

These unblockable popups are extremely effective ways to advertise on your site since they won't get automatically blocked. They are sometimes called "hover ads" because the hover inside of your site instead of opening in a new window.
